With a background in journalism, UX writing, web content management, creative writing, and copyediting, I’ve worked for large corporations, non-profits, government, marketing firms, and freelance. My goal is to make systems and processes easier, help clients understand their users better, and help users achieve their goals.

Making websites, databases, and forms user-friendly is my specialty. I’ve conducted full UX projects from start to end, complete with research, mockups, user-testing, then iterative testing to arrive at a final product.

Accessibility

Familiar with WCAG 2.0 requirements, document accessibility, and best practices. I’ve helped agencies create their own accessibility teams, train staff, create training materials, and internal communications and policies.

Writing + Editing

Ability to write across any medium and any client. I can translate complex ideas into simpler terms and plain language for any audience. Background in journalism, magazine writing, technical writing, web content management, and editing.
